Mind-blowing stay at this hotel! Super convenient location with off-site car park nearby. The friendly owners went above and beyond to help me locate a lost key. The room was spacious with an excellent shower. Ate twice on the jaw-dropping terrace, enjoying delicious and reasonably priced food. The town transformed on Saturday with an incredible market. a fantastic hotel experience that I highly recommend.

The value for money at Hotel Le Victor Hugo was excellent, and the room was spacious and clean. The location was convenient, close to the train station and with easy access to free parking nearby. The staff were incredibly professional, spoke perfect English, and went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay.
The breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of pastries, such as pain au chocolat, in addition to the bread, jam, and croissant provided.

This hotel is in a great location to explore the town and the region. The rooms are clean and comfortable with modern bathrooms. The couple who own and run the hotel are attentive and made us feel very welcome. We would definately go back.

A newly refurbished restaurant with rooms, excellently located to explore a lovely town and near the rail line between Bordeaux and Sarlat so exploration is easy. The bedroom was spacious and had a balcony and the bathroom was modern. The owners were very friendly Food is very good too!
On sundays and mondays the restaurant is closed and you are given a key to the hotel part. The housekeeper failed to arrive so it was a bit like self-catering. Also it would be useful for them to provide a list of where to get breakfast and dinner locally on these days

I stayed at Hotel Restaurant Le Victor Hugo in Sainte-Foyla-Grande for a weekend getaway. The owners were friendly and even helped us locate a lost key. The room was spacious with an excellent shower. Ate twice on the terrace and enjoyed the reasonably priced, delicious food. The town had a quiet ambiance but the Saturday market was one of the best in France. a recommended hotel for its convenience and great experience.
Do recommend this hotel.

the room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Despite arriving late, the owner kindly informed us of a great nearby pub for dinner. the breakfast was good, although the coffee was the strongest I've ever tasted. the location of the hotel was ideal, right at the beginning of the market street, allowing for a peaceful morning walk without the noise of the market stalls. there was easy and free parking available nearby.
Nothing to fault. 😊
